You applied.
Now see what makes XFG different.
Choose the structure of an in-office W-2 career or the flexibility of a 1099 business-building path—supported by company-paid systems, lead options, technology, training, and real people.
Two opportunities.
One complete foundation.
You do not have to force yourself into one model. Start with the structure, location, and upside that fit how you want to work.

We removed the parts that slow new agents down.
You are not joining a random upline and being left to figure it out. XFG was built by six founders to solve the problems agents face from day one through building a business.
CRM, dialer, pipeline management, and automation in one operating environment.
Free inbound leads in the office and fresh lead options at cost for 1099 agents.
Text follow-up and calendar booking can keep working while you are away.
Coaching, feedback, technology help, and a clear progression standard.
Start with the fundamentals.
Advance into the technology.
Access is intentionally progressive. New agents first build habits and consistency, then move into the more advanced platform after review.
Build the skill before adding the speed.
Your first 2–4 weeks are spent on an aged-lead dialer so the team can coach your activity, conversations, consistency, and improvement.
- Learn the talk track and process
- Practice objection handling
- Build repeatable daily habits
- Get direct feedback before advancing
Every lead. Every stage. One place.
The advanced environment gives you a clear funnel for lead intake, contact attempts, appointments, applications, and follow-up.
- See what needs attention next
- Work inbound and purchased lead flow
- Keep every prospect organized
- Track movement from lead to application
Your system can work when you step away.
Built-in AI can continue text conversations, re-engage prospects, and guide qualified people toward an available appointment time.
- Automated text follow-up
- Consistent re-engagement
- Conversation history in your CRM
- Less opportunity lost between calls
Turn conversations into calendar events.
When a prospect is ready, the system can use your availability to book a time and keep the appointment visible in your workflow.
- Calendar-aware scheduling
- Automatic booking confirmation
- Appointments connected to the lead record
- More time focused on real conversations
Timing can vary. Advancement is based on demonstrated consistency, coachability, activity, and improvement—not simply the number of days elapsed.
A clear path from learning to leverage.
The first month is not about throwing you into the deepest end. It is designed to reveal how you work, help you improve, and move you forward when you are ready.
Complete the necessary setup, understand your path, learn the standards, and get access to the tools required for your starting environment.
- Path and role expectations
- Required licensing or contracting steps
- Core system orientation
Start with aged leads to develop the talk track, understand the process, practice objection handling, and build real repetition.
- Live dialing and conversation practice
- Feedback and coaching
- Daily habit development
The team evaluates how consistently you show up, apply coaching, maintain activity, and improve the quality of your conversations.

Book your interviewCan I work remotely?
The 1099 opportunity can be remote or in office. The W-2 position is in office only.
Are leads free?
People working in the office can receive free inbound leads. The 1099 path also provides access to fresh lead options at cost, generally ranging from $3–$15 depending on the lead type. Exact availability can vary.
Does XFG pay for the systems?
Yes. XFG covers the core CRM, dialer, lead-management, and technology environment for both the W-2 and 1099 paths, subject to the role requirements and governing agreement.
When do I receive the advanced system?
New agents generally begin with 2–4 weeks on an aged-lead dialer. Access to the more advanced AI-enabled system follows a review of consistency, activity, coachability, and improvement. Advancement is not automatic based only on time.
Do I need an insurance license?
A valid license and any required carrier approvals are necessary before soliciting or selling insurance. Your current licensing status and any remaining steps will be reviewed during the interview.
Can I build a team on the 1099 path?
Yes. The 1099 path includes the opportunity to build a team and grow into management as you develop your own production and meet the applicable standards.
Is success or income guaranteed?
No. XFG provides systems, lead options, training, and support, but results vary. Earnings and advancement depend on licensing, activity, skill development, production, performance, carrier rules, and other factors.
